Adding a habit in to your day and trying to be a bit healthier shouldn’t add stress to your life.

If being healthy is consuming your thoughts and stressing you out, you need to assess if you have picked the best thing for you to focus on.

We used to aim for our members to eat 100% clean, do some daily movement and journal from day 1.  We got great results with those that did but those that didn’t often felt overwhelmed with how much they had to change.

When our kids moved in we understood exactly how they felt.

A gradual change and picking one aspect at a time is much easier to stick to.  Don’t worry, the results still happen and tend to be lifelong.  When healthier habits are added in gradually they become part of who you are rather than a temporary thing.

Long term results come from consistency not switching between diets and fitness plans every 20 minutes.

We work with our members to find the options that they can fit in to their lives.

Sometimes it’s as simple as drinking 2 litres of water per day, sometimes it’s eating an extra portion of vegetables or going for a morning walk.

The important thing is that it doesn’t cause stress.

If you want a little help in improving your health and fitness we can help.  Our next bootcamp starts on Monday 2nd March – www.achievebootcamp.co.uk
