What do you need help with to achieve your goals?

Yesterday, I met a really nice lady who is signing up to our 8 week transformation programme which starts on Monday.

She wasn’t sure if it was for her and was a little dubious about buying a weight loss type thing of the internet.  She wanted to make sure that we are real people.

She also had a couple of concerns over the nutrition side of things.

Would she be able to do it as a vegetarian?

She has a couple of digestive problems, how would it affect them?

I put her mind at rest and explained that our bootcamps are really more like personal training sessions, that I reply to our members food diaries every day, that being a vegetarian CAN be a good thing (it isn’t always).

We used to be food police and get moody if our members went off plan.  We have changed a lot since those early days.

W know that 100% will give the best results.  However, not everybody is ready to do 100%.

We find a place where they are comfortable to start and coach them to a better place as we go and they gain more confidence.

Meeting up for a chat reminded me about drop-in sessions I used to hold in my days of working in a health club.

I set a time ever other week to sit in the cafe and be available to answer anyones questions or concerns before they started training with my team or wanted a little help in general.

Is that something that would be of use to you?

Let me know and I’ll organise a couple of sessions per month to sit in a cafe and have a chat about health and fitness.
