Facebook memories told me that we started Fran’s online classes this time last year. I posted a status with a photo of her teaching her 4th class of the day and giving some advice regarding homeschooling as we had started a few weeks prior to lockdown..
What a year it has been.
Toilet roll and pasta wars. In lockdown, out of lockdown, repeat a few times.
Gain some COVID kilos, lose some COVID kilos, repeat a few times.
Not having a business as everything was face to face, setting up a filming and streaming studio, missing my students and clients and not getting to see them in real life, enjoying the online coaching side of things and getting to see some friends regularly via the power of Zoom.
Working in a school to coach some children with additional needs.
Celebrating our Daisy & Poppy’s 15th birthday, celebrating Poppy’s 16th birthday without Daisy today 😢
It’s been a different year than any of us were expecting, we’ve tried our best and we’re healthy and happy as a family.
I want to use this strange anniversary to thank everyone who has worked with us over these past 12 months.
Thank you for supporting us at the start when our grasp of the technology was a bit ropey.
Thank you for reading these blogs / emails and taking the time to reply, comment or share them.
Thank you for putting in to practice some of the things I’ve written about and letting me know about your successes.
Who knows what the next year will entail but we will keep doing our best to encourage you to live a healthier more fulfilled life.
