In life, some days everything goes to plan, we hit a flow and the world seems to be on our side.
Other days, everything seems to work against us. Â
It’s all a matter of perception, I find when my energy is high, the former is my default and visa versa.
Yesterday, was certainly the latter for me.  A few nights of ridiculously poor sleep and some stuff we’re going through with the kids led to poor food choices and super low energy and mood.
The list of things I wanted to achieve got scuppered by things that were outside of our control, that included writing an email to explain how everything will work in the Team Achieve @ Home group on FB.
When you have days that don’t go to plan, you can let that affect the rest of your week / month / year or you can simply start the next minute / hour / day afresh.
As Sam used to say, if you drop your phone and pick it up to see the screen intact, you don’t launch it at the wall.
Over the next four weeks, we will be including a focus on improving food choices and improving mindset in general and particularly around food.
Here are the highlights:
4 live workouts with recorded versions if you can’t make them.
The Real Food Plan and 3 recipe books to get you started.
A daily check in for food diaries and accountability.
Daily coaching in the group for The Real Food Plan and anything health, mindset & fitness related.
This is the first time that we have tried this format in the group and expect there maybe some teething problems, for that reason the nutrition support will be included in the usual cost of joint Team Achieve @ Home.
If you are happy with the fitness stuff you are already doing, that’s brill and you don’t need to join those sessions.
If you have any questions at all, please ask.
