I spent Friday with my coach, my accountability group and an amazing group of my peers reviewing the past quarter.

Discussing our wins and more importantly our losses too, things we were disappointed in or didn’t achieved that we had set as a goal.

By looking at the things that didn’t go to plan with intent, it’s possible to see why they didn’t work and what steps can be taken to do better next time.

Over the next few days, I’ll be planning out the final quarter of 2022.

There are three months left of the year, yet I have heard people already writing 2022 off.  Planning on getting fitter and losing weight next year.

Waiting until January will mean you’re at least three moths behind where you are now, more like 4 if your December is anything like mine.

Please don’t give up on your health and fitness goals for the year already.  If you’re not where you wanted to be, use the next three months to get a head start on 2023 instead.

So much can change in your fitness and physique in 12 weeks.

I’m slightly biased but we start our next block tomorrow.  It’s a good place to start.
