The clocks went back yesterday, apparently giving us an extra hour in bed.

Our kids don’t really go with the time concept though, so usual service just an hour earlier according to the clock. Coupled with A being bunged up and getting up for 2 hot showers to steam out the stuff, meant that sleep was not only short but broken too.

However, the good side of the clocks going back is that it’s the best time of year to reset your body clock for an early night.  If you normal switch off and put your head down at 11pm, to night you can do the same and be asleep by 10pm.

Getting up when you usually would gives you more time in the morning to be prepared for the day.

Maybe a little exercise, getting a meditation in, starting a journal, anything really that you have been meaning to get around too.

Starting tomorrow, I’m planning to add the cold bath back into my morning.

What would make the rest of your day easier/better if you could get it out of the way in the morning?
