They’re soft around the centre.

Like to natter and have a lot of words to say.

Only stop munching to sleep.

Love green vegetables.

Like to snuggle in.

When they’re awake they don’t stop moving.

And smell a bit.

Have you guessed?

We’re looking after our nieces Guinea Pigs.

They moved in on Friday and I’ve been inspired by their constant activity and munching.  They never stop.

I’ve felt the same recently, every time there is a treat of any kind in the house, I’ve ate it.

Willpower hasn’t been enough, just not having anything in has been my only chance.

Sleep has been more disturbed over the past couple of weeks and I feel exhausted, I’ve struggled to find the time to grab a little nap too.

When my energy is low, I struggle to keep to any food plans.  I’m writing this as a reminder to myself to prioritise my own energy and recovery but also to let you know that we all have times where we have slip ups.

All we can do is assess where we are and make a plan to improve the situation.  If you need help with that, we’re here.
