We’re having a few days in North Wales later in the month and I started planning the route and looking at the map a few weeks ago; even though we’ve been driving to that exact area for at least 25 years.
The difference?
We’ve got an electric car, it has plenty of range and the planning is more for just in case and what ifs.
If everything goes to plan, I’ll top up when we get there, have a little break and top up before leaving. Simple.
However, I have a few options for the journey and while we’re away just in case the charge points are broken or I’m overzealous with the air con.
It’s the same with having goals for fitness and health, we can plan the perfect programme but life will always throw in a few bumps and swerves that throw you off course.
If you plan for those bumps, then it is much easier to get back on track and work towards your goal.
The most common reason I see people not achieving their goals is not being able to maintain a perfect plan and starting again every Monday, month or quarter.
If you need help or combating the bumps in the road, get in contact and we can work through strategies together.
