Women are beautiful. Every woman has something that somebody finds attractive.
Yet, many can’t see the wood for the trees.
This week, I have had three separate conversations regarding Caesarian scars and the bit of skin that hangs over the top or seems floppier around the sides. All three, look good.
Two are looking to start dating and were worried about the area not looking like those they see on social media.
The physiques you see on social media are very rarely the full time look of the person involved. I know lots of trainers in the industry who will get in ridiculous shape to have a full years worth of content images taken.
That’s ignoring the great lighting and possible digital and chemical enhancements.
My main point given as a male was that if a potential partner is in the position to see some loose skin / naked abdominals, they will be focussed on the bits above and below the abdominals and the chance of imminent action.
If the person can’t see past the aesthetics of your abdomen, they’re probably not the sort of person that should be seeing it.
Get fitter and stronger for you; being fitter and stronger helps every aspect of life outside of how you look.
Work on improving how you see your own body, that will lead to more confidence in yourself, and it spirals from there.
If you have scarring that still feels numb, tingly or like you’re not in control of the muscles in that area, we can help with that.
