To achieve anything is to get started.
Yesterday, I mentioned how I procrastinated about writing an email because the conditions weren’t optimal. My G and down key are missing.
I eventually wrote the email and my sister offered a solution, she has a spare keyboard.
She also had it a couple of weeks ago when I didn’t write an email for the first time and every time since.
If nobody know you need help, they can’t help.
If you don’t start the thing you want to do, you will technically never fail at it but equally you fail by not giving it a go.
Whatever it is you want to achieve, get started. The moon and stars don’t have to align, do the best you can with the tools you currently have and tweak when necessary.
If you want to get fitter, get started. Simply walking around the block and getting out of breath is a great place to start.
If you want to eat healthier, get started. Add a portion of vegetables to your plate tonight.
If you want to feel calmer, get started. Do a 10 minute yoga Nedra on YouTube.
Go.
