I’m sure there will be lots of posts tomorrow about not eating all of the chocolate, healthy alternatives to a creme egg, how many calories you will consume with each glorious mouthful and how much time you will need to spend on a treadmill if you have a few smarties.
This is definitely not one of those.
To be honest, I think I have written about that type of thing in the past.
Life becomes a bit boring and sterile if you can’t be a glutton every now and again.
We used to focus on our members eating 100% clean during their first 4 weeks.  We still believe that this is the ideal way to achieving results quickly and long term; the point being to establish exactly which foods work for the individual.
However, it was quite daunting to lots of our new members who hadn’t previously experienced eating a predominantly real food diet.
We now aim for everybody to do the best they can and assist them in achieving.  It means that goals take a little longer to get to but longer term results are more consistent.
The perfect nutrition plan is the one you can stick to for the rest of your life.  If that means going for it on Easter eggs or whatever you gave up for Lent.
One year, I bought Fran 40 bags of crisps and choc bars to make up for the days she missed; we managed to get through them.
We get started on our next block of bootcamp on Monday –  www.achievebootcamp.co.uk
I know that it’s a Bank Holiday and it’s Easter Monday but if you want results in reality it is just a Monday, you just might have the rest of the day off.
If you want to give us a trial, let me know and you can come along on Monday morning for a go.
